A pioneering, data-driven and safety-oriented shipping company was moving from Temasek Avenue to Raffles Place with the aspiration to infuse synergy and collaboration in the new space using the existing system furniture.
We designed a space for interaction and collaboration
Putting on our thinking cap, we infused different configuration / orientation to form various clusters among the teams with the consideration of “safe distancing” while diverging away from the typical “bench” set-up. The irregular open ceiling design further enhance the volume of the space in the general work area.
The result is a fun, refreshing environment very much different from the conventional set-up in the previous office that encourages interactions among staffs while infusing strong core values.
It has been a difficult year with uncertainties and by choosing Earnest as the designer and contractor whom we are familiar with, it gave us confidence that we could meet the deadline for office move and you have not failed us.
